You must have read thousands of success quotes, you might have seen numerous motivational videos and clips. All these videos, speeches, quotes do charge us up. We feel motivated and highly pumped up. But the air pressure gradually leaks and we again become what we were before watching those videos and motivational seminars. Why don’t these work motivational tools work? Why one doesn’t take the inputs from these seriously and become successful? For example- you watched Sundar Pichai. You become inspired, you watched his videos and got motivated. You decided to follow his path. You arranged for all the documents required to study abroad like, transcript certificate be it MU transcript, DU transcript or Anna University transcript, mark sheets, medium of instruction certificate, etc. And then started abroad and gradually that spark started decreasing and eventually got lost. Why?
This happens with almost everyone. Everyone gets motivated but only a few of them become successful. And these successful people follow the success formula. Want to know this formula? Great. It’s in this post. Before I reveal, I want you to know that success is not an overnight miracle. I fully trust in you that you will become successful, you just need to sow the seeds now and water them regularly to reap the fruits in future. So here’s the formula. As stated above, the process of success is divided into 3 parts.
- Sowing the seeds i.e. Putting in the initial efforts or making the base strong
- Watering the plant i.e. Putting regular efforts to fuel up the process to become successful
- Reaping the fruits i.e. enjoying the results of efforts and maintaining the efforts for future results.
SOWING THE SEEDS
You can never reach your destination if you don’t know your destination. Common sense, right? Everyone thinks of the results they will get once they reach a certain position. They imagine lots of money, a long car, a big bungalow, fame, party all night and so on. But when will they get these results? How to become a CEO, how to establish a business, how to reach the heights in a profession that you can imagine?
That’s where sowing the seeds comes into effect. You need to define where exactly you want to reach. You need to know the position you want to attain and make a clearly defined path up to that position. You need to be clear, concise and confident about your goal. Don’t base your goals influenced by others. Find your interest and know what you like to do. Once you have done this you can start your journey.
WATERING THE PLANT
As told earlier, success is not an overnight journey. So now that you have defined your goal clearly and you know which path to take, it’s time to walk the path. Watering the plant simply refers to putting in the efforts required to reach your goal. It can be training yourself, acquiring skills, finding investment, working on business operations, finding the right job switch, etc. Your goal, your path and therefore your efforts. Put it all. This is the hardest phase as it requires all the skills you have. You need to have patience, you need to be persistent, and you need to put consistent efforts, should handle all the problems with a calm mind, overcome all the obstacles, and keep moving slowly bit by bit.
REAPING THE FRUITS
A day will come when all your efforts will pay off. You may not realize the hard work you have done but they will have worked for you. You will slowly start reaping the fruits. You will find your revenue, salary or savings growing. And then the most important thing will be to maintain your success. You need to maintain your honesty and integrity. That’s it.
Conclusion
The secret to success is persistence. Get it tattooed – Never give up. There will be frustrations, anger and disappointments, there will be downs and downs and downs, there will be a failure and there will be no hope visible but don’t give up. If you want to become the next Sundar Pichai, you will have to put in the effort to get your medium of instruction or Anna university transcript to get admission abroad. Then you will have to work hard to score well, then put in the effort to find the best job, work even harder to work efficiently, have the patience to climb up the ladder. And then success will be yours.
